About Rapid Drain

Integrity First. Solutions That Last.

Rapid Drain was built on hard work long before it was built on sewer lines.

Brian and Morgan grew up in families where hard work was expected, physical labor was respected, and no job was beneath anyone. Both began working at fourteen, learning early what long hours, demanding conditions, and responsibility truly meant.

Before Rapid Drain existed, Brian spent years working in underground infrastructure environments, hauling equipment cross-country, operating in industrial and municipal settings, and performing work tied directly to pipeline construction, rehabilitation, excavation, and subsurface systems. His experience includes time with companies such as Insituform Technologies, Miller Pipeline, Hydro-Vision Technology, the City of Lafayette Sewer Department, Halliburton, and Kellogg Brown & Root.

Morgan’s background reflects the same work ethic and operational discipline, with experience in manufacturing, logistics, retail operations, and public institutions, including Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Hoosier Veneer, and local school corporations.

Leadership was always part of who we were. Owning a business was always part of the plan.

How Rapid Drain Began

In 2019, we secured the name Rapid Drain with the intention of focusing on sewer lining and underground repair. When COVID disrupted the workforce and Brian was unexpectedly terminated from his municipal position, we made a decision: instead of waiting for opportunity, we would create it.

Combining hands-on field experience, technical knowledge, and a strong work ethic, we launched Rapid Drain as a sewer and septic repair company serving Central Indiana.

What began as a leap of faith quickly became a mission.

The Rapid Drain Way

When Rapid Drain entered the industry, our goal wasn’t to “fix” plumbing. It was to educate homeowners that sewer lining was a viable option.

But once we began performing camera inspections, we saw something troubling.

Too often, homeowners were being told their sewer lines had completely collapsed and required full replacement—when in reality, repair options existed. Fear-based sales tactics and unnecessary installations were costing families thousands of dollars.

Rapid Drain chose a different path.
